Effective for all sign-ups under the Free Church Website Build Promotion (valid through August 15, 2026). By enrolling in this service, the client agrees to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
This offering provides a professionally designed and developed church website at no upfront development cost. In exchange, the client subscribes to a required monthly platform plan covering hosting, maintenance, support, and ongoing website operations.
2. Eligibility Requirements
This service is available exclusively to churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations with an established physical location and active in-person congregation. Eligibility is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
3. Subscription Requirement
An active monthly platform subscription is required for all websites created under this promotion. Subscription includes:
- · Website hosting and infrastructure
- · Security monitoring and updates
- · Platform maintenance and technical support
- · Feature access based on selected plan tier
4. Pricing Terms
Subscription pricing is locked for a minimum of 12 months from the date of activation. After the initial 12-month period, pricing may be updated with reasonable advance notice. Active clients will retain uninterrupted service under revised pricing unless they choose to cancel.
5. Minimum Commitment
All agreements under this promotion include a minimum service commitment of 18 months. Early termination prior to the completion of the commitment period will incur a $149 early termination fee. This fee reflects administrative costs and the waived initial development investment.
6. Ownership & Transfer
During the minimum service term, the website, associated systems, and configuration remain under service provider management. Upon successful completion of the 18-month commitment, full ownership of the website, including applicable administrative access and control, will automatically transfer to the client. Certain third-party services (including domains, plugins, or external platforms) may remain subject to their respective provider terms.
7. Scope of Service
The included build covers standard website deployment, including:

- · Mobile-responsive implementation
- · Standard integrations included in the selected plan
- · Basic SEO configuration
- · Client-provided content setup
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:
- · Branding assets (logos, colors, etc.)
- · Written content and media
- · Event and ministry information
- · Timely approvals and communication
Delays in client input may impact delivery timelines.
9. Additional Services
The following are excluded from standard coverage unless explicitly included in a custom agreement:
- · Custom application development
- · Advanced integrations or third-party systems
- · Copywriting, photography, or media production
- · Large-scale content migration
- · Rush or expedited requests
- · Premium third-party software costs
10. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided as part of the active subscription plan. Response times and service prioritization may vary based on plan tier and request volume.
11. Service Continuity
Service continuity is dependent on an active subscription. Suspension or cancellation of the subscription may result in restricted access, paused services, or removal of hosted infrastructure.
12. Limitation of Liability
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uptime, security, and performance, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, third-party failures, or external platform outages.
13. Promotion Term
This promotion is available for sign-ups until August 15, 2026. All agreements initiated prior to this date will be honored under the terms active at the time of enrollment.
